Loose trays minimise plastic usage, and speed up <a style=\"text-decoration: none; border-bottom: 2px solid #a7be38;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.palpack.co.uk\/products\/de-palletisers\/\">de-palletisation<\/a> at the other end, as they can just be taken straight off a pallet and placed directly onto the supermarket shelf.<\/p>\n<h2>Palletisers<\/h2>\n<p>Stacking loose trays is just one of the <a style=\"text-decoration: none; border-bottom: 2px solid #a7be38;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.palpack.co.uk\/products\/robot-palletisers\/\">palletisation processes<\/a> PALpack can automate.<\/p>\n<p>Around 75% of PALpack\u2019s work is for the food industry. A lot of food factory processes get automated before the secondary packaging stage.
