Meet our first teams of youth ages 12 to 16 selected to recreate local landmarks from LEGO bricks. Catch the results when the finished landmarks tour Joplin the public to vote on their favorite next spring.

No, we need teams with a variety of talents. If you like history, are organized, can edit videos, or are good with money you have a needed skill!

Yes! Iconic Joplin celebrates the city’s 150th birthday in 2023, and therefore all landmarks for this competition will be in Joplin.

Full guidelines will be shared with builders on Dec. 10. All landmarks have a max brick count of 1,500, and each team gets $100 to spend on a custom brick order to personalize their build!

Nope, all bricks will be provided and left onsite in the team’s tote. General rules for builds will be shared at the first session Dec. 10.
